SAAL Brewery
Almost too good to share
Most flavorful and refreshing brews and oh so delicious foods…
From the moment you walk-in, you get that familiar neighborhood bar feeling. Perhaps it’s the vibes from the old Fire Station, just a neighborly, safe, and warm place. More than likely though, it’s the vibes from the wonderfully neighborly owners.
They brew their own beer, there’s a rotation, usually a couple of weeks, depending on how busy it is. Whether IPA, German style, Belgian, or one of the darker stouts or porters, it’s always really good beer, and refreshing.
My favorite is their homemade stout, currently A Point in Time. It’s just perfectly silky, soft, and comforting.
The food, created and cooked up by one of the co-owners herself, is just a delight every time. You can never go wrong with the light smoked chicken tacos (smoked in house!) or one of their special sandwiches, or a vegetarian option. The chef is vegetarian so their fryer is vegan friendly. Order those special sweet potato fries, you will not be disappointed but it might develop a new addiction.

It’s becoming more and more popular with the locals for a reason. That neighborhood vibe, almost out of Cheers. Mondays are Trivia night, starts at 6pm sharp, get there early as they are more than likely to be full before then.
Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and ready to cheer you on any other day.
